This client is collecting an exponentially large quantity and variety of data around the world. We served as Product Owner for this client’s first connected mobility data platform. Starting from scratch, we led product vision, strategy and use case exploration. We then managed development sprints, led user research, worked on data governance, finalised legal terms and evaluated business models.
